Panic, Fear and Anxiety

Anxiety, fear, and panic are usually caused by superstition or the fear of the unknown. For example, when a person gets out of high school and moves away from home, that person is placed in a strange environment of unknown situations and people. Anxiety, fear, stress, and panic are produced. Anxiety, panic and fear is completely normal. Billions of people experience them. To terminate it, there are 3 things to do: [1] Run Away from the environment: By running, a person may escape potential hazards and terminate the fears and anxieties. [2] Be Extremely Cautious: Analyze the environment completely, decide what could go wrong and think of ways to deal with any hazardous situation. That will cause the person to relax and not be so worried. [3] Become Angry: By becoming angry at the anxiety, it causes a person to analyze what is causing the anxiety, and deal with the potential hazards. Freedom from worrying about unknown injury potential, hazards, and potential death will terminate the panic, anxiety, and fear.
